Sattva Mushti Taijiquan arose spontaneously from practice into a process. This has been thanks to the effort of Kaustav Guha who had studied and continually studying the Yang Taijiquan of the lineage of Late Yang Cheng Fu and his disciple Late Fu Zhongwen and from experiences he has had from a practice since 2007 with instructors and fellow trainers across styles and across the world. It is not a style rather more of a codified process risen out of empirical observations. Tai Chi is referred to as the moving meditation, in reality it is a martial art. Currently he is a student of Laoshi Damon Bramich, 6th Generation Master of the Yong Nian Yang Style Taijiquan.

In Tai Chi a mistake by a millimeter results in a miss by a mile. It addresses the volume of practice, timing, relaxations, postural correctness, martial logic, psychological attitude to assume in other words hard technical aspects that have withstood the test of time but lost in the cacophony of modernity. Marketing by martial artist has not done justice to Tai Chi and has contributed to a lot of misinformation. Sattva Mushti Taijiquan is an effort to refocus on the practice. It is a process to be observed, understood and customized for oneself to enjoy the tangible benefits of good health and appreciate the wondrous design which is the human body.
